Registration & Accomodation Packages

The cost includes registration fees for the conference and accommodation at the PrideInn Hotel for five nights and six days (October 10th to 15th) in a single room for one person ($850) or in a single room with two people ($1150). The hotel charges based on room occupancy because the cost includes all meals. 

Note that the student accommodation sharing package includes sharing a double room with one other person. Unfortunately, there are no discounted package options for students who wish not to share. 

Hotel accommodation includes: 

• Breakfast, buffet lunch, and dinner
• Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks with assorted snacks
• Welcome drink on arrival 
• Complimentary unlimited high-speed wireless internet connectivity on a personal device
• Complimentary mineral water in the room daily
• Complimentary gym use
• Continental breakfast at Bistro for early departures daily
