Registration

The cost includes registration fees for the conference only which includes:

• Access to the conference hall and exhibition area
• Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks with assorted snacks
• Mints and mineral water in the conference room
• 20th Anniversary Gala dinner

Delegates are required to reserve their own hotel rooms.   

Attendees can make their bookings directly on the hotel website at savannahbarbados.com. When completing the reservation, please enter the booking code AC32026, which will provide access to the special conference rate for single or double occupancy rooms (all-inclusive).

The hotel booking window for the rates below are good from now until October 25, 2026, and the rate is available for stay dates from October 24 through November 1, 2024. 

Hotel accommodation are all inclusive and includes: 

• Breakfast, buffet lunch, and dinner (options of three (3) restaurants) 
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Kids Club (family entertainment centre) 

A 3-night deposit is required for bookings made for 3 nights and more . Cancellations received 7 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit. No shows are charged the entire stay as penalty and Early Departures forfeit 50% of the unused nights.

Conference delegates may bring accompanying guests to stay at the conference hotel. Hotel rates are based on double occupancy and include accommodation for two persons, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.

Accompanying guests who wish to attend conference sessions must register and pay the full conference registration fee.

Accompanying guests who wish to participate in individual activities only—the 20th Anniversary Gala and/or the Community Outreach Event—may do so for a fee of $50 per activity.

Children aged 12 years and older are considered accompanying guests for conference activities and applicable event fees apply.
